What the free audit note looks like
A made-up example of the 2-page note. We mark each item fine, fix soon or fix now, and say who owns it.
| Item | Status | Who owns it | Next step |
|---|---|---|---|
| Domain registrar account | Fix now | A former web designer's personal account | Move the domain into an account the company owns |
| Email authentication (SPF, DKIM, DMARC) | Fix soon | Your IT lead | Add a DMARC record so spoofed mail is rejected |
| Email admin access | Fine | Managing director and IT lead | No change |
| Website backups | Fix soon | Hosting provider | Add an off-site backup and test a restore |
| SSL certificate | Fine | Hosting provider, auto-renews | No change |
We use public records and a 20-minute call. The audit isn’t a penetration test, and it doesn’t include any fixes.
Questions worth answering this week
Five questions, about a minute. Your answers stay on your screen unless you ask for the free audit.
Question 1 of 5
Is your domain registered in the company’s name, not a person’s?
How we take it over
Audit
We check your domain, DNS, email platform, hosting, SSL and backups from public records and a 20-minute call, and send a 2-page note.
Price and plan
You get a fixed price before we start. It lists what we look after, what you decide, and what the platform vendor (Google, Microsoft, Zoho or the registrar) controls.
Fix and document
We close the gaps that matter most first. Then we record every account, owner and renewal date in a register you keep.
Look after it
We run a helpdesk for your staff, monitor with automated alerts, test backups and handle renewals. We agree response times with you before you sign.

- See which support tier fits
Five questions, then the tier, its published monthly price and why.
How we protect your systems and data
Accounts stay in your company’s name, and we keep a register of who holds every login. The Trust Center sets out where your data lives, who can reach it and the standards we build to.
Questions firms ask before handing over IT
Do we need a full-time IT person?
Many smaller firms don’t. They need someone to look after email, devices and access, and someone to call when things break. Dedicated IT Support starts at ₦350,000 a month. Business email plans, which look after your email, domains and accounts, are priced per staff member.
Which email platform should we use?
Microsoft 365 when Office files are the work, Google Workspace when browser collaboration is the work, and Zoho when cost per seat matters most. We set up all three, and Inventrium is an Authorised Zoho Partner.
How do you bill?
Monthly or yearly, in naira. Your Google, Microsoft or Zoho licence sits on its own line. You can see what goes to them and what comes to us.
What if we leave?
You take everything with you. If we register or hold domains, email admin or hosting accounts for you, we hold them in trust, keep a record and hand them over whenever you ask.
Where do we start?
With the free Digital Asset Audit. We check who holds your domain, email and hosting from public records and a 20-minute call, and send a 2-page note within 3 working days. There is no obligation to buy the fixes from us.
Start by finding out what you have
The Digital Asset Audit is free, takes about 2 hours of our time, and your findings arrive within 3 working days.
Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm. We reply within one business day.
