Inventrium — IBSS is headquartered in Ikeja, Lagos and delivers web design, custom software and managed IT support to businesses across Nigeria and Ghana. In Lagos we work on-site; everywhere else we deliver remotely with scheduled on-site visits — every engagement scoped and quoted individually, with a fixed written price agreed before any work starts.

How does delivery work outside Lagos?
The same way it works for our Lagos clients who prefer not to host meetings: discovery calls on Google Meet or Zoom, progress updates on WhatsApp and email, staging links you can review from your phone, and remote support during business hours. For projects that need physical presence — network installations, staff training, kickoff workshops — we schedule on-site visits and agree the travel logistics in the quote, in writing.
