An online store that takes the order, the payment and the delivery fee

Customers pay at checkout and see the real delivery cost before they do. Your staff get every order by email, with the payment already confirmed. No more chasing WhatsApp messages and bank-transfer screenshots.

What the store does

You see all of this, with prices, before we start.

  • Checkout in naira

Customers pay by card, bank transfer or USSD through Paystack, Flutterwave or OlivePay. We open the gateway account in your business name, and the money settles straight into your bank.

  • Delivery zones

You set a delivery price for each zone, for example within Lagos, outside Lagos and pickup. The customer sees the full cost before paying. Nobody on your staff has to quote it by hand.

  • Stock you can trust

You manage products, sizes and stock from one admin screen. Stock goes down the moment an order is paid. The site never sells what you no longer have.

  • Order notifications

Each paid order lands in the inbox of the people who pack it, with the customer, items, delivery zone and payment reference. We can add WhatsApp and SMS alerts too.

  • Moving off WhatsApp ordering

Your WhatsApp number stays open for questions. Customers place and pay for the order on the store, and you can find it again in seconds.

  • Content your staff can edit

Your staff change product text, prices, images and banners themselves, from a simple dashboard. No developer needed for each change.

Engineered for real money

A store is a payment system with a catalogue in front of it. We build these safeguards in from day one.

  • The server sets the price

Our server works out the price at checkout. Nobody can change a price in their browser and pay less.

  • No double orders or double payouts

We check every payment message from the gateway and act on it once. If the gateway sends it twice, you still get one order and one refund.

  • One payment layer, any gateway

Paystack, Flutterwave and OlivePay all plug into the same checkout. You can switch gateway, or send each sale to whichever charges less for that amount, without a rebuild.

  • Locked-down admin

Admin and finance staff sign in with a second step, each with their own login. A log records every change to prices, stock and orders, and nobody can delete it.

  • Backups you have seen restored

We back up the store every night, encrypted. Before launch we restore a backup to prove it works.

  • When something breaks, it breaks safely

If a fault hits, customers can still browse and search. Checkout and anything that moves money stop until it is fixed, and no money goes astray.

Built to convert, not just to launch

We add these if your store needs them.

  • Abandoned-cart reminders

Customers who reached checkout but didn’t pay get a reminder.

  • Coupons and referral codes

You set the rules for discount codes and referral links, and see which orders used them.

  • Receipts and order history

Customers get a receipt by email. Returning customers see past orders and buy again in one tap.

  • Link previews that sell

Share a product link on WhatsApp and it shows the picture, name and price.

  • Multi-vendor marketplaces

Each seller gets a storefront. Payments split straight into each seller's gateway account, and your commission is recorded on every sale.

How a store build runs

  1. Discovery

We ask how orders arrive today, who confirms payment, how you deliver and where you count stock. Your answers shape the store.

  2. Scope and quote

Your quote lists what we build and what you provide, such as product photos, prices and delivery rates. It also names what the gateway decides, like account approval and settlement times.

  3. Design sign-off

You see the home page and a product page in your brand, and we build nothing until you approve them. Two rounds of changes are included. A change of direction after that is quoted separately.

  4. Build, load products, test

We build the store and load your products. Then we place real test orders through the gateway, on ordinary phones and slow networks.

  5. Launch and handover

We launch, train your staff on orders and stock, and hand over every admin login with a list of what they are. A care plan keeps the store updated afterwards, if you want one.

Client names and full write-ups are in Our Work.

  • A multi-store gadget retailer moved off WooCommerce

Questions before an e-commerce build

How much does an online store cost?

It depends on how many products you sell, how customers pay and what the store must connect to. We give you a price after a short free call. Our pricing guide lists typical Nigerian market ranges.

Which payment gateway should we use?

Any of Paystack, Flutterwave and OlivePay will take card, transfer and USSD in naira. The choice comes down to fees, how fast they pay out, and which one your bank and accountant already use. We tell you what each costs you, and we open the account in your business name.

Can we keep taking orders on WhatsApp?

Yes, for questions. Most brands answer on WhatsApp, then send the customer a product link to pay on the store. Every order ends up paid and recorded in one place.

Who holds the domain and admin accounts?

Your business. If you ask us to register or hold a domain, hosting or admin login, we hold it on your behalf, keep a list of it and hand it over when you ask.

Is the store secure enough to take real money?

Yes. Our server sets every price, and we check each payment message and act on it once. Admin and finance staff sign in with two-step verification, and we log every change. Backups are encrypted, and we test a restore before launch. The payment gateway handles card details. The store never stores them.

How long does a store take?

Your quote gives the timeline before you commit. The product list makes the biggest difference. A clean spreadsheet with photos and prices shortens the build.

How do your orders arrive today?

Book a free 30-minute call or send a short brief. You’ll get a fixed price within 48 hours of the call, before any work starts.
