The right influencers for your brand, at the right price

Creators and celebrities your customers already follow, talking about your brand. We find and vet them, negotiate their rates and sign them up.

Every post is checked before it goes live and tracked to its own promo code. You deal with one contact instead of ten talent managers on WhatsApp.

What we do for your brand

  • Sourcing

You get a shortlist of influencers and celebrities for your audience, cities and budget. We draw it from our network and from research into who your customers actually follow.

  • Vetting and brand fit

We check real audience location and engagement, past sponsored posts and how they performed, controversies, and whether they can explain a product like yours. Anyone who does not fit your brand comes off the list.

  • Categorising

We group every name by size, niche, platform and audience, at home or in the diaspora. You can see what each part of the budget buys.

  • Rate negotiation

We compare and negotiate fees for each post, story, video, appearance and usage right. You approve the rate card before we book anyone.

  • Contracts and briefs

Each influencer or their manager signs an agreement covering what they deliver, by when, and whether you can run their content as ads. Their brief sets out your key messages, what they must not say, such as competitor names, and the #ad label.

  • Campaign management

We check content before it posts, keep creators to the schedule and chase late posts. We collect each post link as proof, then pay on the terms in the contract.

  • Agencies and publishers

We hold creator agencies to an agreed roster and fee. We also book sponsored stories on Nigerian news, tech and lifestyle sites, and chase their reports.

  • Advert production shoots

We organise advert shoots with influencers and celebrities, from the idea and location to the crew and usage rights. You leave with finished content for your own pages and ads.

  • Tracking and reporting

Every creator gets their own promo code and tracked link. You see reach, sign-ups and sales person by person, and your next budget goes to the people who delivered.

Choosing the right tier

Smaller accounts usually have closer, more engaged followers. Most campaigns mix sizes.

What is the campaign for?

Built on real campaigns

We have managed hundreds of influencers, on monthly budgets of more than US$45,000. We choose the right influencer agencies and add our own shortlisting, vetting and brand-fit checks on every name.

For a single brand we have managed influencer budgets of more than US$60,000. Since 2023 we have run influencer marketing in Nigeria for an international money-transfer app. We meet the brand every week and keep rosters of Nigerian creators at home and abroad. We handle rates and counter-offers, sign each creator, and give each one a brief and a promo code.

For the same brand we book sponsored stories on Nigerian news sites, hold creator agencies to an agreed fee, and have proposed celebrity partnerships around a major festival.

Consumer, fintech and app brands, local or foreign, get the same process. No staff in Nigeria yet? We can be your team on the ground.

How a campaign runs

  1. Brief

You tell us your goal, such as sign-ups, sales or a launch, plus your audience, cities and budget.

  2. Shortlist and rate card

You approve a shortlist of vetted influencers, each with the rate we negotiated.

  3. Contracts and creator briefs

Every creator signs an agreement and gets a brief before they make anything.

  4. Approve, shoot and post

We organise any shoots. Every post is checked before it goes live, with the #ad label and its own promo code.

  5. Report

The closing report shows each influencer's cost and results, and who to book again.

Questions about influencer marketing

How do you choose influencers for our brand?

We choose on who follows them and how their past sponsored posts did. We check where their followers live, whether they suit your brand and whether they can explain your product. You approve the shortlist and each rate before we book anyone.

How is this different from online advertising?

Online advertising buys space on Google, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn or X, and the platform picks who sees it. Influencer marketing pays people your customers already follow to talk about your brand in their own voice. Many campaigns use both. The best influencer posts then run as ads.

Can you book celebrities, not just influencers?

Yes. We approach celebrities and their managers, negotiate fees, appearances and usage rights, and get a signed agreement. You pay celebrity fees as agreed, on a separate line from our management fee.

Do you organise the advert shoots?

Yes. We plan the idea with you, book the location, crew and talent, and run the day. You leave with finished content, and the rights to use it on your pages and in your ads.

Do you mark up influencer fees?

No. We agree influencer, celebrity, crew and location fees with you, and they are passed through at cost, line by line. Our management fee is separate, and you see it before we book anyone.

How do we know an influencer actually delivered?

We check every post before it goes live and save its link once it does. Each creator has their own promo code or tracked link. We chase late or missing posts, and the closing report shows results person by person.

Do influencer posts in Nigeria need approval?

Some do. Sponsored posts count as advertising in Nigeria, and under ARCON's rules some adverts need approval before they run. Every post also carries a clear #ad or partnership label. We tell you what applies to your campaign and allow time for it.

We are a foreign brand with no team in Nigeria. Can you run it for us?

Yes. We can be your team on the ground, with one contact, a weekly catch-up and a shared shortlist and calendar. We agree each contract in one currency, and exchange-rate swings don't reopen every deal.

Who do you want to reach?

Send us your goal, audience, cities and a rough budget. We'll show you how we would build your shortlist, with a fixed price for managing the campaign.
