Off-site backups and recovery
We back up your files and database every day and keep the copies off-site. If a bad update, a hack or a wrong delete takes the site down, we bring back an earlier copy. We test that restores work.
Security and updates
Outdated plugins are one of the easiest ways in for hackers. We update your site, its plugins and its theme every week, and remove any malware we find. We also watch your padlock certificate (SSL). If the site goes down, an automatic alert tells us.
Speed and performance
A slow website loses visitors before they see your offer. On Business and above we check your speed every month, shrink heavy images and tidy up the database. Pages load quickly on Nigerian mobile networks.
Content edits
Send us text, image and price changes and we make them. Starter covers basic edits. Business adds routine content changes and minor structural adjustments, such as a new section or a reworked page. Small updates never wait for a developer.

What happens if I don't maintain my website?
Sooner or later it gets hacked or breaks. Outdated plugins and themes are one of the easiest ways in for hackers. One break-in can take your site offline, get it flagged by Google or expose your customers' data. A care plan keeps plugins and themes up to date and closes the most common gaps before they cost you business.
What is included in a website care plan?
Daily off-site backups and weekly updates to your site, plugins and theme. We also run uptime monitoring with automated alerts and a security scan. Starter includes basic content edits, and Business adds routine content changes and minor structural adjustments, with a monthly speed check and speed fixes. E-commerce Website Care adds product uploads and running the whole store.
Do you work with websites not built by Inventrium?
Yes. We look after WordPress, Joomla and custom-built sites, whoever built them. We check the site first. If it needs serious repairs, you get a short report and we fix them, priced separately, before the monthly plan begins.
What is the difference between the plans?
Starter (₦35,000/month) is routine maintenance: daily backups, weekly updates, automated uptime monitoring with alerts, a monthly security scan and basic content edits. It suits simple sites that rarely change. Business (₦65,000/month) adds routine content changes, minor structural adjustments, a monthly performance audit and priority support. E-commerce Website Care (₦250,000/month) is for online stores: we upload your products with descriptions, run the store day to day, and add technical SEO monitoring, a dedicated account officer and same-day emergency response.
Is there a limit on product uploads?
No set limit. A dedicated staff member handles your uploads as part of the plan. If you plan to load a very large catalogue at once, we agree the timing with you.
How do I get started, and can I cancel?

Who holds the hosting and admin logins?
Your business. If you ask us to hold hosting, domain or admin logins for the site, we hold them on your behalf, keep a list and hand them over when you ask.
