Strategic Engagements

A premium path for larger and regulated firms

A buying route built for firms whose decision runs through finance, procurement, legal, IT and operations. The difference you can hold us to: you deal with the senior principals who do the work, not an account manager.

Ask for an NDA before we discuss anything sensitive.

Who this path is for

If one of these describes you, the premium path fits better than our standard SME route.

  • Multi-location businesses

Firms running several branches or sites that need one accountable team across all of them.

  • Regulated firms

Brokers, fund managers, registrars, insurers and other firms whose systems face an examiner or auditor.

  • Groups with several brands

Holding companies and groups with more than one brand or operating company under one roof.

  • Firms replacing fragmented systems

Businesses moving off a patchwork of spreadsheets, disconnected tools and departed vendors onto one supported stack.

  • Founder-led firms making a material investment

Owner-led businesses making a technology decision big enough to involve the board, the bank or an investor.

What is different about this path

Every point below is something we already do and can show you. Nothing here is a badge we do not hold.

  • You deal with the senior principals

The people who scope and run your engagement are the senior people who do the work. You get named accountability from the first call, not a handover to an account manager.

  • A scope you approve before work starts

We agree a scope document, the governance for the engagement, milestones, a risk register and change control before anyone touches a system. Board-level reporting is available where the engagement needs it, drawn from those same milestones and the risk register.

  • Procurement-ready documentation

A capability statement, a fixed-scope quote, our CAC and Authorised Zoho Partner details, an NDA, a Data Processing Agreement and a security questionnaire response. Enough for your procurement and legal reviewers to sign off.

  • Your accounts and data stay in your name

Domains, email, hosting and the systems we build belong to your company. We hold any admin access in trust, keep a register of it and hand everything over whenever you ask, with a clean exit.

  • An NDA before sensitive conversations

We sign a non-disclosure agreement before you share anything confidential about your systems, your data or your plans. Ask for it and we send it first.

What each decision-maker gets

A large technology decision is never one person. Here is the honest answer for each seat at the table.

  • For the CEO or founder

A clear outcome, one senior person accountable for it, and a predictable path from brief to delivery with no surprises you did not approve.

  • For the CFO or procurement

A fixed-scope, fixed-price quote with the price logic shown, clear contract boundaries, the costs not included named on their own lines, and one vendor accountable for the whole.

  • For operations

A rollout planned around adoption, with role-by-role training and continuity so the business keeps running while systems change.

  • For IT, security and legal

Role-based access control, a named location for where your data lives, account and data ownership, a full handover on exit, and NDPA-aligned boundaries set out in our Data Processing Agreement.

The five engagements, by pillar

Most firms begin with one named engagement. Each one is a defined piece of senior-led work with a decision at the end. Follow a link for the detail.

  • Technology ownership and operational-risk review

A senior-led review of what you own across domains, email, hosting, devices, access and backups, where the risk sits and who is accountable. Most of the fee is credited to delivery.

  • Product definition and fixed-scope quote

For a website, store or app: we define the product, agree the first release and give you a fixed scope and price before any build begins.

  • ERP and CRM Scoping Sprint

One to two weeks mapping how you work today, a module plan, an ERPNext or Zoho recommendation with running costs, and a fixed quote for the implementation.

  • Growth audit

A review of where your marketing spend goes, what it returns and which channels to back, in ad accounts that stay in your name.

  • Workforce capability plan

A plan for the technology skills your staff need, whether to hire, train or both, and the roles tested recruitment would fill first.

Proof you can check

We describe the work by type here. Client names and the full write-ups live in Our Work.

What the procurement pack contains

The pack gives your reviewers what they ask for in one place. We send it once a brief is in and an NDA is signed.

  • A one-page capability statement

Who we are, what we do, our credentials and the sectors we serve, on a single page a reviewer can file.

  • A sample fixed-scope statement of work

A worked outline showing how we set out deliverables, boundaries, milestones, price and what sits with you.

  • An NDA template summary

The mutual non-disclosure agreement we sign before sensitive talks, summarised in plain language.

  • A sanitised sample IT-policy set

Clearly labelled sample templates, not any client’s real documents: asset management, acceptable use, backup and recovery, buying and licensing, access control and incident response.

  • The Data Processing Agreement

How we handle personal data for you, where it lives, how long we keep it and the NDPA-aligned rights you keep.

  • Named client references

Clients who have agreed to speak to you about our work, matched to your sector. Shared on request, with their permission.

Questions larger buyers ask

Are you NDPA-accredited, or do you hold security certificates?

No provider should claim that. We are CAC-registered and an Authorised Zoho Partner. Our own data handling is NDPA-aligned, and we do the technical set-up, preparation and security work. Where the NDPA requires an audit or a filing, a licensed Data Protection Compliance Organisation carries it out and files it. We do not certify or guarantee compliance ourselves.

What response times do you commit to?

We agree response times with you before you sign, and they go into your contract. We run monitoring with automated alerts and a helpdesk your staff can reach during business hours. We do not advertise a single number we cannot hold every account to.

Who actually does the work?

The senior people who scope your engagement are the ones who run it. On a focused team you reach the principals directly, rather than a layer of account managers between you and the people doing the work. That is the honest advantage of our size.

How do we start without exposing sensitive information?

Ask for an NDA first. We sign it before you share anything confidential. Then submit a brief, or book a scoping session, and we assign the right senior lead before we discuss your systems.
