The words, pictures, code and design on this site are ours. Here is what that means, and how to ask if you want to use any of it.

This page states our rights over this website. It is not legal advice to you. If you need advice for your own situation, speak to a lawyer.

1. What we own

This website and everything in it is the intellectual property of Inventrium Business Support Services (Inventrium, IBSS). That covers the code, the design, the layout and structure, the text, the images, photographs, diagrams, icons and any other material you see here. It is protected by copyright and by the other laws that protect such work.

Where we show a client's brand, a logo or a third party's material, that stays the property of its owner. We display it with permission; our rights statement does not claim it.

2. What you may not do without our permission

You are welcome to read this site, link to it, and share a normal link to a page. Beyond that, the following are not allowed unless we agree to them first, in a written permission from us:

Reproduction and copying: copying pages, sections, text, images or code, by hand or by machine.
Republishing and distribution: posting our content elsewhere, selling it, or passing it on as your own.
Derivative works: rewriting, restyling or building new material on top of ours.
Automated extraction: scraping, crawling for bulk download, or harvesting the content at scale.
AI training and grounding: using the content to train, fine-tune or ground an AI model, or to build a dataset for one.

Search engines and AI answer engines are welcome to crawl the site so people can find us. Our robots file and llms.txt say who we invite and where we reserve rights.

3. We reserve all rights

Nothing on this page gives you a licence to our work. Any right we do not grant here, we keep. Using the site does not transfer any ownership to you.

4. Ask us for permission

If you want to use any part of this site, write to us at support@inventrium.net and tell us what you want and why. We read every request and often say yes. We would much rather hear from you than find our work copied.

5. Jurisdiction

This statement is governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any dispute about it belongs to the courts of Lagos State.
