By engaging with IBSS platforms and services, you agree to our terms of technical delivery.
1. Professional Precision Standard
At IBSS, we don't just fix what is broken—we find it. By engaging our Advisory, Product Engineering, or Growth teams, you agree to collaborate transparently so we can execute the highest standard of "Foresight as a Service."
Full Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are defined explicitly in project commissioning contracts before work begins.
2. Service Scope and Technical Advisory
- Advisory & Strategy: IBSS provides technology insights, architecture reviews, and management consultation to secure your edge.
- Managed Infrastructure: We provide Tier III alignment for cloud solutions, subject to uptime clauses detailed in your specific Enterprise Contract.
- Digital Growth: We combine brand strategy with data intelligence. KPIs are estimates based on market conditions, not absolute guarantees.
3. Custom Software and Product Engineering
Any code, architectural design, or strategic algorithms developed by IBSS during a client engagement follow the intellectual property assignment clauses of your specific contract. Standardly, back-end infrastructure schemas and proprietary "Invisible AI" wrappers remain IP of IBSS unless exclusively transferred.
4. Limitation of Liability
While we maintain strict human-in-the-loop auditing procedures to minimize risk, IBSS is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential disruptions to third-party legacy APIs that are outside our direct operational control.
5. Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and constructed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. For disputes, litigation shall occur inside courts located within Lagos State.
