All three give you email on your own domain, shared inboxes such as info@ and sales@, calendars, contacts, mobile apps, multi-factor sign-in and an admin console. They differ in the tools around the email and in how you pay.

There’s no best platform for everyone, so we look before we recommend. How do your staff work, and which files and tools do they rely on? Does email need to connect to your accounting software, CRM or ERP? How many people need it, what’s your budget, and is paying in dollars a problem? Each person gets name@yourcompany.com on Google Workspace, Microsoft 365 or Zoho Mail / Zoho Workplace. We add shared inboxes such as info@, sales@ and support@, and keep calendars, contacts and phones in sync. Inventrium is an Authorised Zoho Partner.
We look after accounts, shared mailboxes, groups and licences. New staff get set up and leavers lose access the day HR tells us. We keep a list of every account, who owns it and when it renews.
Every account uses multi-factor sign-in. Only the people you choose get admin access, and we keep a list of who can reach what.
We back up your email and files to storage you control. On a set schedule we test that they restore, and note the result.
When email lands in spam, or scammers send fake invoices in your name, the cause is usually missing setup. Three settings prove your email really comes from you (SPF, DKIM and DMARC). We set them up, explain what each one does, and keep an eye on your SSL and DNS afterwards.
No domain yet? We register a .com, .com.ng, .ng or .org in your company’s name, and it belongs to your business from day one. We also handle transfers, lookalike domains that protect your brand, DNS and SSL. We track renewals so the domain doesn’t lapse.
If a former vendor or staff member holds your domain, we get it back for you first. Then we note who holds the login.
Domains, hosting, email and SSL renew together on one bill. Nothing expires because the reminder went to someone who has left.

The most common move is from Microsoft 365 to Zoho Workplace, to cut costs. Zoho Workplace undercuts Microsoft and Google entry plans by half to two-thirds (Inventrium Magazine, 13 Aug 2026). It’s billed in naira, and your staff can keep using Outlook. We also move firms from Google to Microsoft and back, from cPanel or hosting email to Google, Microsoft or Zoho, and onto Zoho for firms already using Zoho CRM. After a merger, or across a group, we bring several email systems into one.

On a Friday evening we point your mail at the new platform (a DNS change to the MX records), and new mail starts arriving there. Old messages, contacts and files keep copying across in the background. We set SPF, DKIM and DMARC on the new platform.

The number of mailboxes and their total size decide how long copying takes. A few very large mailboxes matter more than many small ones.

Often a former vendor or staff member holds the login. We check, and if needed we recover the domain and move it into your company’s name. Try this quick test. Is the domain in the company’s name? Can two senior people open the login? Do you know the expiry date? If you ask us to hold a domain or admin login for you, we hold it in trust, keep a record and hand it over whenever you ask.
Both work. A .com reads as international and is what most customers type. A .com.ng or .ng shows you’re a Nigerian business. Many businesses register both, plus lookalike spellings, to stop anyone else taking their name. We register yours in your company’s name, point it at your website and email, and bill it once a year.

Not for long. New mail starts arriving on the new platform once the DNS change spreads, usually within a few hours. That’s why we switch over at the weekend. Older mail may take a little longer to appear while it copies.
