We get your finished app into the stores, and keep it there

Your app goes live on the App Store and Google Play, and every update after that reaches users without a fight. Plenty of finished apps never launch.

The store rejects them, the developer moves on, or the store account sits in someone else's name. We pick up the code and take it from there.

What we take on

You keep the code and the product decisions. We handle the publishing work around them.

  • Store accounts

We open your Apple and Google Play developer accounts in your business name. Or we take over the ones you have, and list who holds access.

  • App Store and Google Play submission

We prepare the store listing, screenshots, privacy details and age rating, answer the review questions and submit the app.

  • Review fixes

If Apple or Google rejects the app, we read the reason, fix what is in the build or the listing, and resubmit. If the fix needs a decision from you, we send you the options to choose from.

  • Release builds

We prepare each release, number its versions and look after the signing keys. Your business can always reach the keys.

  • Crash reporting

We set up crash reporting before launch. When something fails, we see which phone and app version it hit, before it turns into a one-star review.

  • Ongoing release management

We test, build and submit each new version, then roll it out to users in stages. We also track phone updates and store rule changes. Your app won’t be removed for falling behind.

How it runs

  1. Code and account review

We ask where the code lives, who holds the store accounts and signing keys, which services the app depends on, and why any earlier submission failed.

  2. Scope and quote

Your quote shows what we fix and what stays with your developer. It also names what Apple and Google decide, such as review times.

  3. Prepare and submit

We prepare the listings, privacy details, release builds and crash reporting, then submit to both stores.

  4. Launch

We see the app through review, publish it, and confirm installs on real devices.

  5. Release management

If you keep us on, each later version follows the same checklist, for a monthly fee agreed with you.

What’s in the quote, and what isn’t

Included

  • Store accounts set up in your business name, or your existing ones handed over with a list
  • Store listings, screenshots and privacy details for both stores
  • Signed release builds and version management
  • Crash and error reporting setup
  • Fixes for review rejections caused by the build or the listing
  • A list of every account, key and login, and who holds it

Not included

  • Apple and Google developer account fees, paid directly by you
  • New features or redesign, unless quoted separately
  • Rewriting an app whose code cannot be built or maintained (we tell you in the review if that is the case)
  • Approval itself, which Apple and Google decide

Starting from scratch instead?

If the app isn’t built yet, start with a first release priced before you commit.

  • Fixed-scope MVP package

One core journey, designed and approved by you, then built and published to both stores. Later releases follow real use.

Questions before an app launch

Can you publish an app another company or freelancer built?

Yes. We review the code first. If it builds and runs, we publish it. If it needs fixes before Apple or Google will accept it, your quote lists them before you commit.

Apple rejected our app. Can you help?

Send us the rejection message. Most rejections come down to the listing, privacy details, sign-in or payments rules. We tell you what needs to change and what it costs to fix.

Whose name are the store accounts in?

Your business. If you ask us to open or hold the accounts or signing keys, we hold them on your behalf, keep a list and hand them over when you ask.

How much does it cost?

It depends on the state of the code and what needs fixing. Once we have reviewed the code and the accounts, you get a fixed price before we start. Ongoing release management is a monthly fee we agree with you.
