ERPNext or Zoho for an academy?
For most academies we start with ERPNext. It has no per-user licence, strong fees and accounts features, and a learning platform that ties into the same system. The scoping sprint ends with our recommendation and the running cost of each option. We are an Authorised Zoho Partner where Zoho fits better.
What does it cost?
It depends on the modules, the number of users and how clean your current data is. After the scoping sprint you get a fixed price, and most of the sprint fee is credited to the project if you go ahead.
