Anyone can sell you a laptop. We make sure it is the right one, that it works, and that someone answers when it fails.
The right spec for each role
We ask what each person does, then match the processor, memory and storage to that work. Your accountant and your designer should not get the same machine.
New or pre-owned, by your policy
We tell you where a grade A pre-owned unit saves money without hurting the work, and where only new makes sense. You decide by your IT policy and budget.
Tested before you sign for it
We check every unit on arrival: battery health, usage hours, specs against the order. We once caught laptops sold as new with 9,603 hours of past use.
Installed at the desk
We install and set up Windows and the user’s account. The machine is ready to switch on and use. Microsoft Office, antivirus and other software are add-ons, priced per item.

Warranty claims handled
The maker’s warranty stays in your name. When something fails, we raise the claim and follow it up with the supplier.
A register of what you own
Each item gets an asset code and goes on a register with its serial number, user and warranty date.

Pay and we order
We place the order with the supplier only after your payment clears. Most items arrive in 1 to 3 working days; some take up to 1 week.
Delivery to your office
You sign and stamp a delivery note when the items arrive at your verified office address.
Installation and handover
We install Windows on each item, hand it to its user, and send the sales receipt once payment is complete.
How payment works
We do not give credit. Every order is paid for before it leaves the supplier, in full or in part.

Pay from your company’s bank account into ours. We never ask you to pay into a personal account. A missed balance moves the client back to paying in full.

Questions buyers ask
What is IT procurement?
IT procurement is buying the computers and office equipment a business runs on: laptops, MacBooks, desktops, tablets, monitors, printers, toner and accessories. We do it for you as an ICT equipment supplier in Lagos: we match the spec to each role, source from vetted suppliers, test every item and install it at the desk.
Do you keep stock?
No. We source from vetted suppliers and order only after your payment clears. Most items arrive 1 to 3 working days after payment and some take up to 1 week. Each product shows its own lead time, and we confirm it on the proforma.
Why do some products say "Price on quote"?
Prices in Nigeria move with the exchange rate. When we have not confirmed a price with the supplier in the last 30 days, we show "Price on quote" and confirm it on your proforma.
Is pre-owned equipment a good idea?
For many roles, yes. Grade A pre-owned units look and work like new at a lower price. We say which roles suit pre-owned and test every unit before you pay the balance.
Who gives the warranty?
The manufacturer or the supplier, as shown on each product. We do not give our own warranty, but we raise and follow up every claim for you.
Is delivery free?
No. Delivery in Lagos is charged and shown on your proforma before you pay. Outside Lagos, we quote the travel and delivery cost first.
What does installation include?
Windows installation, setup and configuration at the desk, free with every supply. It does not include Microsoft Office or other software you use on your premises; we can supply and install those as priced add-ons.
Why do you check our company before quoting?
To protect both sides from fraud. We confirm your company registration with the CAC and call the office number your company publishes. Every new client goes through the same check.
