Managed IT support covers the full range of technology your office depends on day-to-day: helpdesk and ticket resolution for staff, hardware troubleshooting and repair, software licensing and administration (Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Zoho), cybersecurity monitoring and device protection, data backup and disaster recovery, staff onboarding and offboarding IT kits, network management, and regular expert technology reviews. We handle everything technical so your team can focus on their actual jobs rather than troubleshooting printers or chasing IT problems.
Response times depend on the package. Our Standard package covers helpdesk support during business hours (9am–5pm). Advanced provides five-day coverage with faster response times. Platinum includes 24/7 priority helpdesk access. Enterprise clients receive a bespoke SLA agreed at contract stage, which typically includes defined response and resolution targets for different issue severity levels. All packages include proactive monitoring so we frequently identify and resolve potential problems before they affect your team.
Break-fix support means you only call for IT help when something has already broken — your staff is already affected and you pay per incident. Managed IT support is a proactive, ongoing service where we monitor your systems continuously, apply security patches before problems develop, run regular maintenance checks, and respond to issues before they escalate. Your SLA defines exactly what we commit to deliver each month — including the scope of services covered, response time targets for different types of issues, the number of onsite staff days per week, and the specific deliverables such as security audits, health checks, and leadership reports. It also sets out how issues are escalated and resolved. We review the SLA with you at least annually and adjust it as your business grows or your technology needs change. For Enterprise clients the SLA is negotiated bespoke from the start.
Onboarding is designed to be minimally disruptive. We begin with a free IT assessment that documents your current infrastructure, software licenses, and user accounts. From there we build an onboarding plan, typically executed over one to two weeks, that involves installing monitoring and security tools on your devices, documenting your setup, and briefing your team on how to raise IT issues. Most businesses are fully onboarded without any disruption to daily operations. We schedule any maintenance windows outside of working hours.
