How much should we spend on ads?
Work back from what a new customer is worth to you. Each plan on this page shows the ad spend it is built for. That is ₦150K–₦300K a month on Starter, ₦300K–₦700K on Business, ₦700K–₦1.5M on Growth, and ₦1.5M+ on Enterprise. You pay ad spend at cost, apart from our fee, and we agree a daily budget with you before you commit anything.
Google bills in dollars and our card keeps getting declined. Can you help?
Yes. Google and Meta charge in dollars, and Nigerian bank cards often hit their foreign-spend limits. When that happens, your campaigns stop. Pay the platform from your own card, or pay the ad spend through us in naira at the day's rate. Either way you pay it at cost, on its own line.
What do you optimise for?
We optimise for the action that pays you, such as a paid subscription, an order, a booked call or a serious lead. We track it before launch. Your report still shows clicks and impressions, but we judge the ads on sales.
What is in the monthly report?
It shows what you spent against the budget, and the clicks, views and sales it brought. You see which products and searches drove them and where the ads showed. It ends with what we recommend for next month, such as new creatives or a page to fix.
How soon will we see results?
Give a new account its first few months before you judge it. We set up tracking first. After launch, the platforms need some weeks to learn who buys, and the time depends on your budget, sector and offer. Before launch we agree with you what success looks like, and we never promise overnight results.
Do adverts in Nigeria need approval?
Some do. Advertising in Nigeria, online adverts included, falls under ARCON's rules, and some adverts need approval before they run. We tell you when that applies to your campaign and allow time for it.
Whose name are the ad accounts in?
Your business. We open them in your business name. If we stop working together, you keep the accounts, the campaign history and the tracking.
