Zoho Mail Price in Nigeria (October 2026)
Zoho Mail costs from ₦770 per user per month in Nigeria (Mail Lite, 5GB, billed yearly at ₦9,240), and Zoho Workplace Standard is ₦2,310 per user per month on a yearly plan, on Zoho’s own price list for Nigeria.

Zoho Mail and Zoho Workplace prices in Nigeria
Zoho publishes its own naira prices for Nigeria, alongside US dollar prices for other regions. These are Zoho’s list prices per user, checked on its pricing pages on 14 October 2026. Mail Lite and Mail Premium are sold on yearly plans only. Workplace can also be paid month to month, at a higher rate: Workplace Standard ₦3,080 ($4) and Workplace Professional ₦5,390 ($7) per user per month.

Workplace adds Zoho’s office apps to the mailbox: WorkDrive for shared files, Writer, Sheet and Show for documents, Cliq for chat and Zoho Meeting for calls. Teams of fewer than 3 users get 10GB of file storage each on Standard and 100GB each on Professional. Zoho also sells Workplace Enterprise on a custom quote for very large organisations.
The free plan: what it leaves out
Zoho’s Forever Free plan covers up to 5 users on one domain, with 5GB per user. It is fine for trying Zoho, but most businesses outgrow it quickly:
- No IMAP, POP or ActiveSync. You read mail in the browser or Zoho’s own app only, not in Outlook or your phone’s built-in mail app.
- Five users, one domain. The sixth person needs a paid plan.
- Not offered everywhere. Zoho says the free plan is available only in some data centres.
- No mixing free and paid. Once you upgrade, every user on the account is billed at the paid rate.
Which Zoho plan should you choose?
- Mail Lite if your staff only need email on the company domain. Pick 10GB if people keep years of mail with attachments.
- Workplace Standard if the team also shares files and documents. It costs less per month than Mail Premium and adds shared storage, chat and meetings.
- Mail Premium or Workplace Professional if you must keep mail for legal or audit reasons: both add retention storage and eDiscovery (searching kept mail when a dispute or audit needs it).
