A one-page capability statement

Inventrium (IBSS) is a CAC-registered Nigerian technology company based in Lagos, serving businesses across Nigeria and Ghana. We design and build websites, online stores and mobile apps; run IT support, business email, domains and hosting; put firms onto ERP and CRM systems; grow them with digital marketing; and hire or train the technology people they need. Two of our clients have been with us since 2014.

  • What we do

Build, Run, Systems, Grow and Hire or Train: five pillars that cover the technology a growing firm depends on, under one accountable team.

  • Credentials

CAC-registered and an Authorised Zoho Partner. We build with the NDPA 2023, NITDA guidelines and CPN professional standards in mind, and our own data handling is NDPA-aligned.

  • How we work

Senior-led, with a fixed-scope, fixed-price quote before any work starts. Your accounts and data stay in your company's name, and you can take everything with you on exit.

  • How to reach us

Call or WhatsApp +234 817 188 5917, email support@inventrium.net, or submit a brief. Offices in Lagos and Ogun State, by appointment.

A sample statement of work

A made-up sample, to show how we set out an engagement. Yours is fixed to your scope and signed before work starts.

  • Parties and background

Who is engaging whom, the business need behind the work and the outcome it is meant to reach.

  • Scope and deliverables

Exactly what we deliver, listed item by item, with any assumptions named.

  • Out of scope

What this engagement does not cover, so there is no grey area at the edges.

  • Milestones and timeline

The stages, what each one produces, and the dates we commit to for each.

  • Price and payment

A fixed price, the schedule of payments, and any licence or hosting cost named on its own line.

  • Your responsibilities

What we need from you and when, from approvals and access to the people who join the workshops.

  • Change control

How a change to the scope is raised, priced and agreed before it is done, with no silent extras.

  • Confidentiality, data and exit

The NDA and the Data Processing Agreement that apply, account and data ownership, and the handover on exit.

  • Acceptance

How you confirm each deliverable meets what was agreed, with named sign-off.

An NDA template summary

The mutual non-disclosure agreement we sign before sensitive talks, summarised in plain language. The signed document is the one that counts.

  • Mutual by default

Both sides protect what the other shares. You do not have to be a client to ask for it.

  • What it covers

Business, technical and personal information shared for the purpose of assessing or running the engagement.

  • How information is used

Only to assess or deliver the work, shared only with the people who need it, and never passed on without consent.

  • How long it lasts

A set term that outlives the talks, and a return or deletion of confidential material when you ask.

A sanitised sample IT-policy set

Clearly labelled sample templates, modelled on the kind of policies we author for clients. These are not any client's real documents. Your set is written for your business before it is adopted.

  • Asset management policy

How equipment and accounts are recorded, assigned and retired, with an owner for each item.

  • Acceptable use policy

What staff may and may not do with company devices, email and systems.

  • Backup and recovery policy

What is backed up, how often, where the copies sit, and how a restore is tested.

  • Buying and licensing policy

How technology is bought and licensed, who approves it, and how licences are tracked.

  • Access control policy

Who gets access to what, the second sign-in step, and how access ends the day someone leaves.

  • Incident response policy

What to do when something goes wrong, who is told, and how it is recorded and closed.

The Data Processing Agreement

How we handle personal data for you, where it lives, how long we keep it and the NDPA-aligned rights you keep. Read the plain-English summary, or ask for the signed agreement in the pack.

References on request

Held by the office and shared when you ask, matched to your sector and with the client's permission. Not published here.

  • Named client references

Clients who have agreed to speak to you about the work we did for them, matched to your sector.
