  • Newcomers who want to start as social media managers with AI workflows from day one
  • Existing social media and marketing staff moving their work to AI workflows
  • SME owners who run their own brand’s pages
  • You are already in the role and want AI in your workflow without losing the brand’s voice

What you need

  • Access to at least one business page or a practice page we help you set up
  • Reliable internet and data. Paid tool plans are optional and not included
What you’ll do

Week by week

  1. Week 1

Set up the brand and your AI workspace

    • Audit a brand’s current pages: audience, content mix, response times and what works
    • Write a brand voice guide and a prompt library the AI tools will follow
    • Set up the accounts and folders a social media manager runs from
  2. Week 2

    Research with Google NotebookLM

    • Load brand documents, product sheets, customer reviews and industry reports into Google NotebookLM
    • Generate content briefs, FAQs and angle ideas grounded in those sources, with citations
    • Turn research into Audio Overviews and Video Overviews for the team, then check every claim against the source
  3. Week 3

    Master AI prompting for content

    • Write AI prompting templates for hooks, captions, carousels and video scripts on each platform
    • Edit AI drafts into the brand’s voice, and cut anything generic or untrue
    • Create content with advanced AI tools for copy, images and video, and compare their results
  4. Week 4

    Plan the content calendar

    • Build a monthly content calendar with pillars, formats, owners and deadlines
    • Do content planning around Nigerian calendar moments: Sallah, Christmas, back-to-school, Black Friday
    • Plan a campaign from goal to posts to measurement
  5. Week 5

    Run mass graphics production

    • Run mass graphics production: a month of on-brand posts from one template and a spreadsheet with Canva Bulk Create
    • Generate and edit images with AI, then check faces, text and products for accuracy
    • Resize every asset for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, TikTok and WhatsApp Status
  6. Week 6

    Produce short-form video

    • Script Reels and TikToks with AI, then shoot them on a phone
    • Edit with CapCut: auto-captions, cuts, music and brand colours
  7. Week 7

Approve, schedule and keep the brand safe

    • Set up an approval workflow so nothing goes live without sign-off
    • Schedule a month of posts in Meta Business Suite and Buffer
    • Run brand-safety checks on every post: facts, prices, image and music rights, and AI-content labels
    • Draft saved replies for comments and DMs, and escalate complaints to a human
  8. Week 8

    Measure, report and present

    • Pull platform analytics and build a monthly report in Looker Studio
    • Recommend next month’s changes from what the numbers show
    • Present your capstone campaign for a practitioner review

AI in your workflow

How AI fits your workflow

AI is the core of this course. You learn the workflow a modern social media manager runs every month: research the brand and audience in Google NotebookLM, turn that research into a content calendar, draft copy and scripts with AI prompting, produce graphics in bulk, and then check, approve and schedule everything. The AI does the volume; you keep the voice, the facts and the brand safe.

FAQ

Social Media Manager AI Professional: your questions answered

Yes. The course is built for newcomers and for people already in the role. If you manage pages today, you will move your research, planning and production to AI workflows and add approval and brand-safety checks that make the extra volume safe.
NotebookLM is a free Google research tool that answers questions from the sources you give it, with citations. Social media managers use it to turn brand documents, reviews and reports into content ideas grounded in facts, rather than generic AI output.
It can, if it goes out unchecked. That is why the course includes an approval workflow and brand-safety checks for facts, prices, rights and AI-content labels before anything is published.
Mostly no. NotebookLM, CapCut, Meta Business Suite, Buffer and Canva all have free plans that cover most of the course. The exception is week 5: Bulk Create needs Canva Pro, and a Canva Pro free trial can cover that week. Paid plans are optional and not included in the fee.
